Rozina Merchant
With over 15 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University, I have worked closely with individuals facing neurological issues such as Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and other mobility challenges. Throughout my career, I have seen how compassionate, personalized care can restore independence, confidence, dignity, and hope.
That experience inspired me to open Amada Senior Care Marietta. Our mission is simple: to help seniors live life on their own terms – safely at home, active in their communities, and surrounded by the routines they cherish. We provide thoughtful, individualized care that empowers seniors and gives families peace of mind.
For me, this work is more than a profession – it is a calling. Every family we serve is treated with the respect and compassion I would want for my own loved ones.

Growing up in Marietta and Roswell, I learned early on the true meaning of community. I have always valued what this community has to offer.
Over the years, I have watched family members grow older. Through many conversations around kitchen tables and living room couches, one message was always the same: “I want to age at home. I want to stay right here.”
Home is more than a house – it is comfort, dignity, independence, and memories.
That simple but powerful wish is what inspired this next chapter of my life.
After more than 20 years of experience in business across various industries, I felt called to build something more meaningful – something rooted in service. This is more than a business to me – It is a commitment to helping individuals and families in the same community that helped shape who I am. Now it is my turn to give back by serving my neighbors.
