\n Amada is all we had prayed for and then they gave more. We had a very arduous path for our family member that we did not walk alone because of some very smart, loving, and hard working people at Amada. It began with our first contact then evaluation with Jessica and Cheryl. They were so professional, patient, and compassionate. Cost is also an issue and Amada was very up front and transparent about that as well. Their communication is fantastic.\n\nIn stepped Karla and Loretta for the hands on care. They brought impeccable care and such tenderness. Dementia can wear down anyone especially with the amount of care increasing as time went on. Not these two ladies. They went above and beyond. The home and our family were treated as their own. We had emergency situations come up when they stayed for lengthy periods beyond their scheduled shifts. They didn\u2019t hesitate and gave us absolute support. They brought games and snacks at their own expense. Karla mended a hole in a piece of clothing. There was a beloved dog that they also tirelessly helped with in the home.\nWhen the time came out of responsible necessity to transition our loved one to a care facility, Jessica went on visits with us, guided us through the process, and helped coordinate the \u201cday of\u201d move. Because that can be a difficult transition, Karla spent 2 weeks to be a familiar face at the community to help ease things.\nThis entire process for our family was supported and made better due to these 4 women and other Amada staff. We\u2019re very grateful for all of them and strongly recommend the agency.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

They first helped us a couple of years ago with our assisted living facility search and more recently, our skilled nursing facility search. The staff is always professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and highly compassionate. For a recent skilled nursing placement, Jess was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She helped locate facilities with special amenities important to mom. She joined us on appointments and knew all the right questions to ask. She also helped with the process- what to expect with paperwork and timing. She closed the gap between what the facilities tell you and what you want to know – this brought great comfort to our family in making our decision. Prior to our skilled nursing placement, Cheryl offered her expertise and compassion during our time searching for an assisted living facility. She answered so many questions for us! Amada has people who truly care about your family, are honest, and want what is best for them and you! They are exceptional advocates to have when faced with these very difficult decisions. \n We needed an extra set of eyes on my mom in order to have her return to her assisted living home. It was such a last minute requirement we turned to the facility who offered your organizations to meet our needs.\n\nI recently had the opportunity to visit on two different occasions and was able to meet Evy & Passion. I asked alot of questions of both of them. It’s always better to get your information up close and personal. These women have made a huge difference in my mom’s quality of life. They completely understand how this mom ticks! They have left her do or not do the things she wanted to do. Always safety in mind. They have personally interacted with her to create some simple crafts with the pics i sent her in the mail.\n\nI am so glad these 2 women take pride in their job. The health crisis of a loved one is difficult and traumatic, and the folks at this agency were able to provide overnight coverage faster than I could have hoped. \n We could not be happier with care we have received, across the board, from Amada. Everyone we have spoken with in the office has been courteous and kind. How gratifying it was to find Ed standing at my dad\u2018s door to provide a personal introduction to Amada. Our caregiver, TRACY, is a gem. My dad feels safe with her and enjoys her company. \n I would highly recommend Amada Senior Care to anyone seeking assistance or companionship for their senior loved ones. The compassion showed by Ed, the owner, from our first phone call\/email exchange to the last day services were required was amazing. We felt like Amada was truly interested in what was best for my parents. The caregivers were wonderful, too! They treated my parents with respect while providing a watchful eye and engaging them in activities to the extent possible. I would definitely use Amada Senior Care again if the need arises.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

From our first phone call to the intake process, weekly contact with the schedulers, on staff nurse, and most especially, the caregiver, it has been a great experience. Every staff member with whom we’ve had contact has been warm, helpful, and efficient. Arranging ongoing care for a beloved family member can be stressful and often complicated. My 93 year old dad fell and broke his hip, and he doesn\u2019t believe he needs any help.
