But when I needed to recommend a company to jump into action quickly that evening for a family trying to get their loved one home on hospice, the owner JR did so and in a very impressive way! And I don’t just mean with efficiency, I also mean with compassion and love. I have recommended them to other families and gotten great feedback! These folks think of everything – which means YOU DON\u2019T HAVE TO! They are also in tune to the patients needs; they communicate clearly and often; they are always on time; they are flexible to changing schedules and patient wishes (eg, going to the library); and I love how my friend has grown attached to her therapist. They have a really good relationship and I can sense the patient\u2019s trust in her.
